Income Feasibility – Model 1 with 10 Teachers

First Mode of Income – Online Teaching

1. Income from Students (Main Source)

·        1000 students × @$10/month = 10,000 USD/month

·        Annual student income:

·        10,000 × 12 = 120,000 USD/year

2. Income Distribution (75-25 Sharing)

·        10 Teacher's share (75%) = 120,000 × 0.75 = 9000 annually

3. Income per Teacher

·        Since 10 teachers share the teachers' 75% income:

·        10 Teacher's share (75%) = 120,000 × 0.75 = 9000 annually, 9,000 USD ÷ 10 teachers = 900 USD per teacher per month.

·        Approximately 261,000 annually – 900 × @290 (Pak Rupees)

4. Institution Income

·        Institution’s share (25%) = = 120,000 × 0.25 = 30,000 annually

·        Annually - Approximately 870,000 (30,000 × @ 290) PKR

·        Monthly - Approximately 870,000 /12 = 72, 500 PKR

2nd Mode of Income – Content Monotization

In case we upload the teachers' videos to YouTube and Facebook, let’s assume moderate earnings:

·        YouTube + Facebook earning estimate = 1 USD/video/day × number of videos

·        Suppose each teacher uploads 100 videos = 1000 videos total

·        1000 videos × 1 USD/day = 1000 USD/day

·        Monthly = 1000 × 30 = 30,000 USD/month

Now again split 75-25 Ratio

·        7,500 USD for institution @ 290 = 2,175,000

·        22,500 USD for teachers (2250 USD extra per teacher per month)

·        Each teacher total monthly income is  2250 @ 290 = 652,00 PKR

2nd Mode of Income – Content Monetization (You Tube)

In Pakistan:

1.      Average YouTube CPM (Cost Per 1000 views) = $0.50 to $1.50

2.      (For educational content, CPM is usually higher, around $1.)

Let’s assume modest numbers:

1.      Each video gets 500 views per day (very realistic for good quality education videos)

2.      Each teacher uploads 100 videos

3.      10 teachers = 1000 videos total

Daily Income Estimate:

1.      1000 videos × 5000 views = 500,000 views/day

2.      50,000 views/day ÷ 1,000 = 500 CPM units

3.      500 CPM × $10 = $500/day

4.      Monthly Income from YouTube:

5.      $500 × 30 = $15,000/month

Distribution 75 - 25:

1.      10 Teachers’ share = $ 11,250 monthly

2.      Per Teacher’s share = $ 11,250 ÷ 10 teachers = 1125 monthly

3.      Institution’s share = $ 3,750/month

3rd Mode of Income – Content Monetization (Facebook)

Facebook (Meta) pays for:

1.      In-Stream Ads

2.      Bonus Programs (for high-performing videos/pages)

In Pakistan:

3.      Average Facebook earnings are lower than YouTube, around $0.20 to $0.50 per 1000 views.

Let's assume:

1.      1000 videos generate 200,000 views daily combined.

2.      CPM around $0.25.

Daily Income:

1.      200,000 ÷ 1,000 = 200 CPM units

2.      200 × $ 0.25 = $ 50 daily

3.      Monthly Income from Facebook:

4.      $ 50 × 30 = $ 1,500 monthly

Distribution 75 – 25:

1.      10 Teachers’ share = $ 1125 monthly

2.      Per Teacher Facebook Income = $ 112

3.      Institution’s share = $ 375 monthly
